Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Daycare-compare.com. Daycare-compare.com is owned and operated by Stempke Marketing Partners. Stempke Marketing Partners provides its service to you, subject to all Terms of Use presented in the Daycare-compare.com Terms of Use web site. Stempke Marketing Partners reserves to right to change, modify, add, or delete conditions in Terms of Service at anytime.
Description of Service
Daycare-compare.com currently provides Members with access to a wide variety of on-line resources, including, various tools, via the Daycare-compare.com web site. You understand and agree that the service is provided "AS-IS" and that Stempke Marketing Partners assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
Membership Fees
The membership fee to maintain a profile on daycare-compare.com is $6.95 per month. You are eligible for a three month free trial. Your card will not be charged for three months.
Your Registration Requirements
In consideration of your use of Daycare-compare.com, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Daycare-compare.com Providers Login/Signup website and (b) maintain and promptly update the data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if Stempke Marketing Partners has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Stempke Marketing Partners has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). You are solely responsible for the information pertaining to your account and should print information of your Daycare-compare.com Membership account.
Member Account, Password and Security
You will receive a password and account designation during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Stempke Marketing Partners of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Stempke Marketing Partners cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.
NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service.
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Stempke Marketing Partners reserves the right at any time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Stempke Marketing Partners shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service. Further, you agree that Stempke Marketing Partners, in its sole discretion, has the right to change the domain name for improved marketing purposes. Should that occur, Stempke Marketing Partners agrees to maintain the daycare-compare.com domain and link to the new website.
TERMINATION
You agree that Daycare-compare.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the service, and remove and discard any content within the service without cause.
AUTOPAY: TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CREDIT CARD / PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBIT
I hereby authorize Stempke Marketing Partners to activate me for AutoPay. I understand that this charge is a recurring charge each month. I authorize and instruct Stempke Marketing Partners to charge the amount of my monthly Daycare-compare.com membership fee to my designated credit card/charge card or bank/checking account. The amount to be charged shall be sent by Stempke Marketing Partners to the credit or debit card company or bank, which I identify, on the date I create my profile. I understand my payment amount may change pursuant to the terms of this agreement. I agree to provide updated credit card/debit card upon request.
I understand that if my payment due date has expired, my account will be charged on the preceding business day. I understand and agree that Stempke Marketing Partners is not liable in any way for incorrect charges to my account and/or credit card accounts, and that should an error in the bill occur, Stempke Marketing Partners's sole responsibility is to correct it, when and if it receives written-email (support@daycare-compare.com) notice of the error, with proper documentation, from me. I understand my financial institution and Stempke Marketing Partners reserve the right, upon written notification to me, to terminate this payment option and/or my participation in AutoPay. My participation is subject to the approval of Stempke Marketing Partners and of the participating financial institution. I am responsible for any charges imposed by my bank or credit card Company for exceeding my account limits or overdrawing my account.
CANCELLATION
At any time, and for any reason, I may cancel my membership by contacting Daycare-compare.com by email (support@daycare-compare.com). Please allow 48 hours to process cancellations. I understand that if at anytime I decide to cancel my membership that I will not be reimbursed for any outstanding time on my membership account.
I am liable for charges incurred by me until the date of cancellation of Membership/Service.
If I request cancellation or request a refund from my bank or card issuer due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, Stempke Marketing Partners can at its discretion, to prevent further unauthorized use, block my account or card from use on Daycare-Compare.com.
NOTICE
Notices by Stempke Marketing Partners to members may be given by means of electronic messages through the site, by a general email posting from the site, or by conventional mail.
